Monsoon tree concerns? Start with the warning signs.

After strong wind or rain, look from a safe distance for broken limbs, fresh splits, a new lean, or lifted soil. Stay out from under damaged branches. Pruning decisions should reflect the tree’s condition; heavy thinning cannot make a tree storm-proof.

A few practical questions

What approach is used for pruning?

Pruning follows ANSI A300 standards and ISA Best Management Practices, with no topping, lion-tailing, unnecessary over-thinning, or climbing spikes for pruning. Common trees include mesquite, palo verde, ficus, Chinese elm, ash, pine, olive, and desert willow.

Can HOA notices and repeat trimming be planned?

Yes. Share the HOA notice during the estimate. A 20% Repeat-Trim Discount is available when the same tree at the same service-area property is rebooked within 12 months. The new scope is reviewed before approval.
