Quick answers before you contact Odis
These answers cover the estimate process, minimum service charge, cleanup, stump grinding, and power-line limitations.
Are estimates free within the service area?
Yes. Text 2–6 clear photos, your ZIP code, nearest major crossroads, and the service needed for the fastest start. A $200 minimum applies to approved service work—not the estimate.
How is tree trimming pricing determined?
Pricing depends on tree size, species, condition, access, branch density, debris, nearby structures, and equipment needs. On-site estimate required for final pricing.
How is tree removal pricing determined?
Removal pricing depends on tree size, condition, access, location, hazards, haul-off, and whether stump grinding is included in the approved scope. On-site estimate required for final pricing.
Is stump grinding automatically included with tree removal?
No. Stump grinding is optional unless it is specifically included in the approved scope, and availability depends on equipment access and site conditions.
Is debris hauled off and the work area cleaned?
Yes. Approved tree trimming and tree removal jobs include debris control, haul-off, and thorough cleanup unless a different plan is agreed to during the estimate.
Do you work on trees touching power lines?
No. Bynum Tree and Landscape does not accept power-line tree work. Contact SRP or the applicable utility when limbs are touching or threatening utility lines.
